Stay on our privately owned island, located on Ely's White Iron Lake, known for excellent fishing and wilderness experiences. A short trip to the island campsites will get you to your own private dock. With only 2 island campsites, you will be able to relax and enjoy the peace and solitude of this island, with wildlife and scenic views.
Riverside also offers the opportunity to experience the Boundary Waters Canoe Area (BWCA) through convenient day trips or overnight excursions. New for 2019, we've added the option of a fully-scheduled, yet customizable, adventure for your closest family or friends! Check out our packages page for more details.
A large 12x20 wall tent awaits you, luxuriously furnished with a bed, pillows and fresh linens, a table and chairs to relax after a day on the lake. A Finnish style, cedar sauna offers a relaxing means of bathing while enjoying this remote island camp. This is the ultimate camper's getaway. There's also a screen tent, equipped with a picnic table, cook stove, and all the cooking and eating utensils you will need. We truly bring camping to a new level.
